Artwork designed in accordance with specifications in the rate card is due Friday 14 June 2013. Advertisers who need an ad prepared may request our in-house design service at no charge—all design requests must be received by Monday 03 June. Proofs will be provided for these and Business Directory ads.
Ads appear in program book for all performances running from 06 July through 21 June 2013, including four mainstage operas (ten performances), four Night Caps performances, three Mozart in Recital performances, and Mozart Camp (five days of events and classes). Program book will also be provided to all patrons at other ancillary events at The Twentieth Century Club and post-show cabaret performances.
Each SummerFest advertiser is entitled to a pair of tickets (2 admissions) for any mainstage or other performance of their choice. Additional pass for the Night Caps program provided upon request with request for a mainstage opera. Advertiser will receive a sample of the program. Payments should be made upon reserving space. Unpaid reservations are billed at 30 days net at the beginning of July. It is agreed to by the Advertiser that the terms and details of the Advertising Agreement be regarded as confidential.
